About Terry Stover

Terry Stover, a Camden County native, has been in business since 1988. His signature on your custom home means that you have chosen the best. Terry chooses to emphasize distinct quality and unique character in his exceptionally crafted homes.

Terry Stover chooses to build just a few homes per year. His smaller company allows him to work hands-on with each customer from beginning to end, from choosing and pricing customer plans to a turn-key move-in.

Terry employs a staff of three in his operation. Each staff member has a part in making the home building experience a pleasant and positive one. From office management and interior selections to turn key finishing, Terry and his staff take the time to listen and please each customer. In addition, many of the tradesmen employed by Stover construction have been with the company for years and the working relationship among them are coordinated and cooperative.

Terry Stover is a lifetime resident of Camden County, Georgia and is a 1981 graduate of Valdosta State College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. He is a member of the Camden/Kings Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and the Camden County Chapter of the Golden Isles Home Builders Association. In 2003, Terry Stover was awarded the Tree Friendly Developer of the Year Award by the Coastal Georgia RC&D Council for his determination to preserve the trees in his family subdivision, Sheffield Plantation.
